*May 21	Annual Meeting & Boat Cruise
	Annual Chapter Meeting & Boat Cruise May 21, 2009 Stillwater, Minnesota The Minnesota ISACA chapter will hold its 2009 annual meeting and boat cruise in historic Stillwater, MN. Preceeding the annual meeting, we will have an IT Audit Leaders round on IT Governance table and a technical roundtable on Virtualization Security. As we have done in the past, the annual meeting will be followed by a boat cruise and dinner along the St. Croix river.

The Minnesota Chapter has earned the 2007 K. Wayne Snipes award for being the Best Very Large Chapter in North America. On behalf of the Board of Directors we would like to thank everyone who has helped our chapter achieve this award. The award was formally presented to our chapter at the 2008 Global Leadership Conference, held just prior to the International Conference, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on 25-26 July 2008.
