Overview:	With companies searching to find a successful mix of Sarbanes-Oxley and traditional Internal/IT audit, many have abandoned the cornerstone of enterprise risk management program. For those that have performed an enterprise risk assessment, many have found the process cumbersome and less value-added than anticipated. Our panelists will provide a foundation of enterprise risk management, provide examples of two real world risk assessment programs, and provide insight on incorporating risk management software applications.

Take Cedar Avenue south to Highway 13 (Sibley Memorial Highway). Take Highway 13 north to Yankee Doodle Road.	>From the southern suburbs: Take I-35E north to the Pilot Knob exit. Turn left (north) onto Pilot Knob Road. Proceed to Yankee Doodle Road.
	>From the western suburbs: Take I-494 or Highway 62/Crosstown to Cedar Avenue (Highway 77). Take Cedar Avenue south to Highway 13 (Sibley Memorial Highway). Take Highway 13 north to Yankee Doodle Road.	>From Yankee Doodle Road Turn onto Yankee Doodle Road (right turn from Highway 13 north; right turn from I-35E south; left turn from I-35E north). Stay on Yankee Doodle Road until you reach Blue Cross Road and then turn (right turn if coming from Highway 13 north; left turn if coming via I-35E north or south). Turn right at the main entrance (with the flagpoles). Follow the signs to visitor parking. Obtain the visitor parking code from the receptionist.

About the Speakers:	Dennis Skovsted, CISA - Dennis has spent 25 years in auditing profession, 14 years with ReliaStar which was the 12th largest Insurance Company and 11 years with the University of Minnesota. He manages the IS audit function at the University and assists senior management with other large special projects (e.g., the sale of its Hospital and serving as interim CFO for a small software company). Gerry Weeks - Has been with BCBSMN IT Risk Management since April 2005. Before that, he provided IT audit, security, and systems development services as a consultant for 20 years. Pete Stack, MBA,CISA - Pete has over 12 years experience in Internal/IT Audit,Information Systems, and E-Commerce. Pete specializes in IT Audit project management, Sarbanes-Oxley, and IT Risk Management. Gregg provides solution management for McAfee's enterprise risk management software suite that includes anti-virus, encryption, intrusion,security, intrusion prevention, and vulnerability management.
