Event Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and full refund is allowed if written cancellation is received by us at least 7 business days prior to the course start date. In order to ensure timely response, please fax or e-mail your request to Laurie Krueger at (651)635-0307 or lkrueger@assocmgmt.org. Registrants who do not attend the course or do not cancel more than 7 business days in advance are responsible for the full fee. Student enrollment substitutions for the same course session may be made at any time. If we must cancel a course/seminar for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fee only.
